Overview
The Gothic Bench combines a gothic arch design to the back with elegant scroll to the top, and flat slats for the seating for comfort. The arms and seat both fold to create an incredibly functional yet stylish piece for the garden.
With a distressed paint finish and classically beautiful design, the Gothic Bench will compliment a variety of garden styles.
Your product's powder coated finish should be strong enough to keep rust at bay, but over time this coating might get chipped or scratched, losing its effectiveness as a rust barrier. Behind this is an EDP coating on the metal, but a scratch down to bare metal will expose an area that will quickly suffer corrosion if not protected. So touch up chips as soon as you spot them, and take extra care not to scratch it when moving and storing it.
If you've spotted some rust, all is not lost if you use a rust primer on the affected area - to preventing it from spreading. Then ideally once the area has dried simply paint over it.
Care instructions
The hinges and joints of metal frames lose their protective coat very quickly and so benefit from a regular oil or grease, in just the way you would protect any moving parts, being careful to avoid any areas that might cause issues with its usage. For a really top-quality life-extending treatment give your product a good clean and dry, and then coat the whole thing with a tin of clear lacquer.

This product comes with a 1 year warranty on the structure. Due to the hand-finished nature of the product, the finish can not be warranted as there will be natural variations between products.
