Made especially for National Trust our Mince Pie Crumbly Fudge has a delicious buttery texture that melts into all the rich, warming flavours of the festive season.
Our handmade fudge is all butter mixed with dried fruits, spice and brandy.
The design on our limited edition Knightshayes Trailing Floral Christmas food range this year was created exclusively for the National Trust by our in-house designers. This print was inspired by the neo-Gothic and eccentric ceiling designs, the lavish colours and symbol detailing, at Knightshayes in Tiverton, Devon.
Made exclusively for us in Cornwall, the traditional way, in copper pans over open flames.
Great for sharing or as a gift.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Once opened keep in a tightly sealed container.
Ingredients
Sugar, sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), salted butter (11%), (butter (98.3%), milk, salt), golden syrup, glucose syrup, raisins (3%), mixed peel (2%) (orange peel, lemon peel, sugar, glucose/fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid), brandy (1%), mixed spice, salt, flavouring, lemon oil flavouring.
