National Trust Digital Gift Card

The digital gift card is sent by email and can be personalised with a message from you – just the ticket when you need a thoughtful gift, quickly.

Our gift cards make an ideal gift and can be redeemed in National Trust cafes, shops (including our online shop), and at admission points - for entry or a new membership. They can also be used for National Trust holidays when booked by phone and when you stay at a Historic House Hotel - Hartwell House, Bodysgallen Hall & Middlethorpe Hall. National Trust holidays include holiday cottages, bunkhouse & bothy stays plus selected campsites.

However the gift card is spent, every purchase made helps us look after nature, beauty and history, for everyone, for ever.

You can choose the card design inspired by the places in our care and the value of the card from £10 to £500 in multiples of £5. Cards expire 24 months after the date of issue or 24 months from the last transaction which can be a sale or a top up of the value. Cards cannot be used for any other telephone or online purchases. It cannot be accepted at certain sites or outlets not operated by the National Trust. Gift cards are excluded from all promotions.

You can check your balance or expiry date by visiting: www.showmybalance.com. Just enter the 16 digit card number and the PIN in the Online Access Code area.

Delivery by email

There is no delivery charge for sending a digital gift card by email.

The digital gift card will be sent to an email address of your choice where the recipient will need to click on a link to download their digital gift card to either show on a phone or as a print out when spending at a National Trust property.
