Made in Zimbabwe, used steel oil drums are cut using a hand-operated guillotine and then hammered into shape. The framework is then welded together and then components are attached to it to create the individual designs. The sculpture is then dipped in lacquer to give a protective coating.
The Metal Heron ornament is handmade, so each design is unique and may differ slightly to the photographed Heron.
