This handmade silver-plated pink and green glass bead necklace comes from Just Trade and is crafted using glass beads and silver-plated brass wire.

The necklace is made by the Flowering Desert Project, which offers training and fairly paid work for women in rural communities in Tamil Nadu, India.

Carefully selected combinations of glass crystal beads are skillfully attached to a delicate silver-plated chain using traditional jewelry techniques.

It comes in a handmade gift bag, created by artisans in Vietnam using scrap fabric, with the fabric design varying.
