Overview

Made especially for National Trust our wild garlic and rosemary biscotti is mellow and aromatic, made with British cheddar cheese and free range eggs. Our biscotti would be the perfect accompaniment to your cheese board, or as a delicious enhancement to soup, or salads, or simply as nibbles with drinks. Made in Dorset by team of artisan bakers, and hand rolled. Inspired by love of great food. Wild garlic originates in central Asia and is one of the oldest foods in existence. However, although has been used for flavour and health since ancient times, it was associated with poverty and peasants for most of history. The hidden image on the box shows A Peasant Family by Antoine Le Nain (Laon c.1588 - Paris 1648), Louis Le Nain (Laon 1593-1648) and Mathieu Le Nain (Laon 1607 - Paris 1677), at Petworth House and Park, West Sussex. Buying this biscotti helps us uncover that past for the future.
