5 stars Excellent pass to explore England with Written by

Love, love, love this pass and the 14-day pass, which we usually get. On every visit to England to visit family and catch up with friends we get a touring pass and happily re-visit favourite places and explore new paces; manors, common housing from days gone-by, gardens, parklands, ruins, you name it! Excellent value and opens the door for great family days out!

5 stars Splendid discoveries with NT for reasonable value Written by

This pass made us able to discover many houses and gardens during our 7 days stay in England with a reasonable price. Therefore we will always purchase it for our holidays in England. The last year I did not buy it before leaving and so we were oblige to pay every time we visited different sites and belive me it was quite expensive (as we visited every day a new place). We are now addicted to NT and think that generally places proposed to visit are of goog quality, we really appreciate to take tea or lunch every time and we spend always money to buy some souvenirs specially books. Only one point I did not appreciate: I was obliged to pay parking fee at Stourhead gardens even with my touring pass and it is free of charge for NT annual cardholders. Our pass is nearly half value of annual card and just for 7 days so I consider it is not fair. I ask myself if it is not more reasonable to purchase 1 year regular card NT (in any case it is much cheaper!). Something like slide discrimination for non-residents?

5 stars Excellent value for money Written by

We recently bought a touring pass for our holiday in SE England, and we were very pleased. Having bought the pass, the confirmation e-mail turned up on the next working day, and we redeemed it painlessly at Bodiam Castle. Highly recommended!

4 stars Good way to introduce visitor with all the fantastic places NT has to offer Written by

The opportunity to purchase a touring pass is great and was very helpful. Someone mentioned that this is not well promoted and I have to agree, it was not known to us until I called in. It is also not easy to find on the NT page what is a shame but we manage in the end and that should not distract that we had a fantastic time :-)

4 stars Insufficient redeeming places Written by

2 places where to redeeem the pass in Northern Ireland are too few and can mean a long drive to fetch the pass when you have a lodging in the South West part of Ulster.

5 stars We enjoyed the national heritage Written by

Great choice for 7 days, good value for money!

5 stars Easy to buy and good value Written by

We buy the 7 day touring pass every time we go to Great Britain because, as a family, you can save a lot of money this way. The National Trust has properties of many different kinds, so we get to see all kinds of places. It's easy to buy on the internet; however, it would be great if you could pick it up at any site, not just a few selected ones.

5 stars Touring pass Written by

We like the Touring Pass very much, it is really value for money. The logistics in collecting could be better: if these passes could be available from more or all locations of the Trust, or home printable, this would help. Another thing is that using the pass details at a location needs be noted down on paper, instead of being scanned.

4 stars Useful Written by

Very good that you can get a visitors pass for a limited period. Perfect for visiting gardens and manors. The best would have been a combined pass with English Heritage for tourists, so you don't have to choose. One negative thing is that you have to buy it online, which made us miss one interesting stop. Also a bit confusion when we were going to pick it up, but helpful staff solved it. Would also have been good with more brochures on different areas on the sites.

5 stars 7 days family touring pass Written by

We always enjoy visiting National Trust properties and the pass allows us to do it for the short time we are there. But,it would be better if you could get it in every property.

5 stars Touring Pass Written by

Great to be able to use a touring pass for foreigners! Even better if one could pick up the pass on any NT site...

5 stars Great value Written by

The touring pass is great value, however, it would be more reasonable to be able to pick up the Pass at ANY of the properties, since one's travel plans change. It seems to me that as long as one has the confirmation voucher, the pass should be available at any property.

4 stars Touring Pass - Family Written by
We have greatly appreciated our recent holiday in Kent and East Sussex and visited very interesting places of National Trust. The touring pass has been very useful. The only negative point is that it's possible to purchased the pass online only and it not well promoted.
5 stars Value for Money Written by
National Trust properties are a must see in the UK. National Trust Touring Pass for family is so much cheaper comparing to paying each time.

4 stars Great way to explore the treasures of the UK Written by

By purchasing the National Trust Touring Pass for our family of 4, we easily accessed a number of National jewels the UK has to offer. Tintagel Castle, Corfe Castle and last but certainly not least the misterious alignment of stones of Stonehenge. The pass is just a great (and cost effective) way to explore the National Treasures.

5 stars good planning is half the job Written by

Hi NT-team! We received the NT-card at our first NT-location and used it several times during our trip through south england: Beautiful castles/gardens, no waiting at the entrances, free parking and always helpful people! Thank you! best regards Roland

4 stars Good service, good value Written by

We liked the concept of stopping at NT properties on travelling days and have picknicks in parks and estates. Found it a bit enerving to find a place to pick the actual pass up, therefore we swapped the 14-day pass for a 7-day pass, which we would have bought. Service in that case was excellent, though. Acceptance of e-mail replies on mobile phone was of great help, too.

3 stars Difficulty getting the actual pass Written by

Travelling from Harwich, we bypassed several NT proporties, that we would otherwise have liked to see, on our way to one, where we could get the pass. We found this rather frustrating. It would also have been nice if not all properties closed on the same days.

4 stars Great Written by

Though a bit hard to find on the website we bought a touringpass (7 days) online just two days before using it. Perfect! E-mail came in fast and to show it on my mobile telephone was enough. I was wondering why you can't pick it up at all NT placed, would be more convenient. Check thoroughly where you can pick up the pass. We used the pass almost every day, had also free entrance at Stonehenge (which is English Heritage). Parking was free because of the touringpass. The NT app was great! Would recommend this pass to anyone who enjoys visiting heritage. Had a great time in England!

5 stars Sir Written by

Very good product visiting Britain for a holliday!

5 stars Mr Written by

Good value for money enabling me to take my guests to some of my favourite estates.

5 stars Great idea Written by

Having this pass made visiting castles, manors, abbeys and beautiful gardens possible for me. There are many properties to choose from. I encourage anyone going to England to purchase one because it is worth the money.

4 stars Great offer for tourists Written by

The 7-day pass is a great offer for people who only visit the country. It was easy to buy online and to get at the first place we visited. We saw wonderful places in Kent on our holiday and saved quite a bit of money, too. The National Trust does a great job not only showing these places to the public, but also looking after them so well! I was especially impressed by the amount of volunteers offering help everywhere.

4 stars Great value for price but hard to get Written by

It's great that you offer a 7-days pass - we would have missed really lovely places instead. Thank you so much! But there was an issue with your website while I was trying to purchase it: though available one day, the other day only the 14-days pass was offered. I desperately clicked around and luckily succeeded using the workaround of a full-text search. Additionally, for people from abroad the mobile app would be of great value but crashed all the time on my Samsung 7" Tablet. Please improve it or - even better - offer a map with local search on your website.

5 stars it's good value Written by

the touring pass offers so many possibilities - houses, gardens, special events, ... - even the children enjoyed the historic places.

5 stars Perfect! Written by

We visited plenty of wonderful places like castles, mansions and gardens. We . were always treated very welcoming and saved al lot of money with the NT Touring Pass. Moreover we were allowed to jump the queue. Therefore:Perfect! You are doing an excellent job by preserving all the beautiful places.

5 stars very good Written by

We could use the Touring pass at many places, we saved a lot of money by using it.
