Our marmalade is traditionally made from a blend of sweetened onions and white wine vinegar.

Made for us in small batches by an award winning artisan producer in the heart of the West Country. They utilise handmade, traditional yet innovative recipes and cooking methods coupled with good quality ingredients.
Ingredients: onion (72%), sugar, white wine vinegar (19%) (sulphites), brown sugar, thickener (tapioca starch), garlic puree, acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, cloves, paprika.
