Made especially for the National Trust, our St Clements Curd is smooth and tangy. Satisfyingly citrusy with lemon, lime and mandarin flavours. Our curds are traditionally made in open pans and hand-filled into jars. The design on our limited edition Knightshayes Trailing Floral Christmas food range this year was created exclusively for the National Trust by our in-house designers. This print was inspired by the neo-Gothic and eccentric ceiling designs, the lavish colours and symbol detailing, at Knightshayes in Tiverton, Devon. Handmade in small batches this versatile curd is ideal for filling or topping cakes, cheesecakes, muffins, pancakes and waffles or simply delicious on cut bread or warm toast. Made exclusively for us in the East Anglian countryside using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Great as a gift this Christmas.
