Our smooth white chocolate Eton Mess bar is made especially for the National Trust and is packed full of treats. Whilst Eton is associated with meringue, fruit and cream, the myth of it dropping on the floor, creating ‘Eton Mess’ is not true.

Traditionally made by chocolatiers in Cornwall using only the finest ingredients and natural flavours; handmade in small batches to ensure the very best quality.
Each bar is moulded, wrapped and packed by hand. Made especially for us in the village of St Eval, North Cornwall. Sustainably and ethically sourced through Cocoa Horizons.
Store in a cool dry place at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.

Ingredients: white chocolate 90% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), strawberry and raspberry flavoured jelly pieces 6% (concentrated puree (apple, strawberry and raspberry), fructose glucose syrup, glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: glycerol, wheat fibre, palm fat, acidity regulator: malic acid, gelling agent: pectin, food colouring (concentrate of carrot, pumpkin, blackcurrant and blueberry), natural strawberry flavouring with other natural flavouring), meringue pieces 4% (sugar, albumen (egg) wheat starch).
