Willie's Cacao Rio Caribe Gold, Venezuelan 72% Dark Chocolate bar is a truly indulgent treat. This truly delectable chocolate is an adventure in taste with its complex nut and coffee notes.
It is made in small batches in the UK, ‘bean to bar’ from one of the world’s great single estate beans grown on the magical Paria peninsula. Willie Harcourt-Cooze has redefined how millions of people worldwide think about chocolate. Using only the world’s great single estate cacaos, which like fine wines all taste remarkably different, his aim is to introduce everyone to real chocolate. So he can choreograph every step, unusually he makes all his chocolate from ‘bean to bar’. A cacao farmer himself, he sources the beans direct from the farmers, then makes them into chocolate in small batches in his factory in Devon, using neither vanilla nor soya lecithin, so preserving the delicate flavour notes of the beans.

Keep in a cool, dry place, ideally between 16 and 18 degrees.
