Made especially for us in Cornwall, the traditional way, in copper pans over open flames. Produced in Devon and Cornwall, clotted cream is the crucial ingredient of the cream tea and is regarded as a quintessentially English luxury, but in fact it has a close relative in the Eastern product kaymak.
