Exclusive to the National Trust, Heelis Hare stands to attention on his hind legs.
Heelis is named after one of the Trust's biggest benefactors, Mrs William Heelis, otherwise known as Beatrix Potter, the author of the much-loved children's books.
Originally sculpted by Thomas Meadows and recreated by Frith in their special bronze colour finish.
Made in the UK from cold cast bronze (resin weighted down with iron powder), this sculpture is lighter in weight than solid bronze, but retains its detailing and affordability.
