Lavender Jelly

The Story
Reviews (1)

Made especially for the National Trust our lavender jelly is sweet and scented.

Our jelly is traditionally made and pleasingly fragrant.

Sensational with lamb and fish.

Made for us in small batches by an award winning artisan producer in the heart of the West Country. They utilise handmade, traditional yet innovative recipes and cooking methods coupled with good quality ingredients.

To cure her migraines, Elizabeth I drank as many as ten cups of lavender tea a day. The hidden image reveals detail of a lace ruff from one of her portraits.
