Gingerbread Ingredients: Wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), sugar, Butter (MILK), partially inverted refiners syrup, ginger, spice, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, SOYA flour.
Decoration Ingredients: Sugar, pasteurised free range EGG white, dried glucose syrup, cornflour, humectant: vegetable glycerine; stabiliser: xanthan gum, fruit and vegetable concentrates: radish, pumpkin, apple, tomato, safflower, lemon, spirulina; colour: vegetable carbon.
