Our biscotti recipe is exclusive to us and would be an ideal accompaniment to your cheese board, or as a delicious enhancement to soup, or salads, or simply as nibbles with drinks.

Cheese has been made near Cheddar Gorge since the medieval period. By the seventeenth century Cheddar cheeses were renowned for their size: one was apparently big enough to hold a large child.
The hidden image on the box shows the view from Gorge Walk at Cheddar Gorge, Somerset. Buying these biscotti helps us uncover that past for the future.
Once opened store in a sealed container in a cool dry place.
Ingredients: self raising flour (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monocalcium phosphate)), free range egg, cheddar cheese (13%) (milk), salted butter, (butter (milk), salt), chilli flakes (1.5%), sea salt, gelling agent (xanthan gum).
