Our vinegar is made for us by the Hawkins family: James, Victoria and their son Fraser on Warren Farm part of our very own Brockhampton Estate in Herefordshire.
An exclusive recipe, our vinegar has an intense fresh flavour, tangy yet sweet. Our vinegar is hand made using damsons from the hedgerows and orchards on the estate based on an old family recipe.
Perfect for marinades and dressings. Great for bread dipping. Try adding it to sparkling water as a cordial.
